OUR PROCESS

Our best value services are offered online.  This gives us to work with you at a time and place which is most convenient for you. 

We use Skype and Zoom video conferencing software in order to provide a secure and easy to use interface to provide coaching services. 

For UK based clients we are able to provide a face-to-face service for additional support and an enhanced level of coaching.

OUR FOUNDER

Iain Beaumont graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2004 and has had a successful career spanning 2 decades over the public, private and third sector.

During his career Iain has conducted 100's of interviews for both junior & senior executive positions and is well versed in understanding what it takes during an interview to impress a panel of discerning employers.

Iain founded Winning Interviews in order to help people excel during the interview process and ultimately land the role that they really want.
